but why so many people post their spects ALWAYS???? Do I care about their setups? If I want to know what system you have, then I'll ask you. I found this habit really annoying sometimes...

the number of pages is determined by the number of posts, not the length of the posts.... currently it appears to be set at 15 posts per page

Oh.

ummm...

yeah.

Whistler Beta1 sucks on a K6-2 450/128MB RAM and an ATI AIW 128. frown the OS itself is nice...but it's just driver problems.

67 on 3Dmark2000 frown

my other system scored 6500 in Win2k, 8000 in Win98.(Roughly)

Same ****. Companies just brand the same componets to match the name an/or value.

If only that were true in this case

it seems I have two different soundcards that bear the same name.

Old Diamond S90 -Vortex 1 Aureal A3D

New Diamond S90 -ESS Maestro no A3d

*edit* I seem to have found the problem. The bastard mislabled it...sold it as something it wasn't. I don't have the Diamond S90 I wanted, I have the Diamond S70.

DAMMIT!
