anisotropic filtering is optimized in 29.xx oposed to older version of dets, there are articles floating around prooving it.

probably your graphic card driver, try some other one( my recomendation 27.20, and 22.40) u can find em on various sites or www.warp2search.com as for sacrifice its a great game(get patch 3 from sacrifice site).

for me the best were 7.58, 10.80, 12.90, 22.40, 27.20(i use 27.20 one now)

Is it complicated(i liked yahoo coz of its simplicity, icq-to much options, cluttered).And preferably i need somethig that uses less resources(since it will probably be on when i play n such)

Never experienced that, maybe it's your comp(not every comp responds equaly to same settings) and that would suggest that something is wrong with your instalation of os(maybe instaled progies....)or hardware, posibilities are endless. Also u need to have alot of memory to do this.

U have to change two reg settings, i tried it, i think it works just like conservative... I think from my memory it's disablePagingExecutive and LargeSystemCache (u put both 1)in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management]. Can't remember if that's it(or something else, im always modifying something in registry) now but i have it written someware, i'll post it later !!!

maybe your hardware isn't compatible fully with XP(it could be and u not knowing about that), dunno u just have to post specs. As for me i run XP Pro(got one big advantage to use XP ultimate tool, forgot how it's called u got that in pro) and blade works flawlesly.

Is there another way of downloading files(like save them to hard, i dont want MS to tell me when i can or can not download "critical" updates)rather than download over and over again the same updates every time u reformat

Im having problems with my burner, in viahardware some guy post faq in wich says that via ide driver can corupt data u are burning and to revert to original microsoft ??? Please i need help really fast !!!!!

yeah right, and untill then im repedetly gonna download 50mb's(or whatever) worth of fixes!!!(like first thing that crossed my mind was to install them alltogether with no reboot, what a mess. Im sure that's why MS did this webinstall, once again yeah right(i like XP but this "webupdate" sucks).
