Need Advices: Event ID (1001) in Source (SQLCTR70)

Hi There, I keep getting the following error inside the application log after the reboot. The same error had occured on both W2KPro and NT4 Server. Any Idea?

 

Here is the log:

The description for Event ID ( 1001 ) in Source ( SQLCTR70 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Cannot open the Registry Key..
