Problem Description:

 

This update fixes several issues with mdkapplet:

 

- it fixes adding the Restricted media (bug #55320)

- it fixes a rare crash (bug #55346)

- it forces applying the updates before offering to upgrade to a

newer distro

- it fixes a crash while upgrading older distributions when perl has

been upgraded to a newer version(bug #55090)
