IE homepage keeps being replaced

windows98 using Internet explorer current home page is yahoo.com when user tries to get to his mail a new window pops up for //www.windows.cc/hp.ttm?id=632. then his home page is replaced by this address. We have run spyware and removed from the registry but every time it reverts back to this problem. any ideas would be welcomed.

Run the tools in safe mode.

After you get Hijack this, scan then save the log file to desktop and post it here so we can fix it.
