How do Compatability results get posted?

I've posted compatability results for some games but they haven't shown up. Is there something in particular I or someone must to do "clear" them for display on the site? Or is there a delay before a post is put up? I looked around for info about this on the site, but couldn't find a thing.

There is a delay because each submission will be checked.
