Balloon Help/Tooltips

Anyone know how to turn off the balloon help/tooltips in XP Beta 2? They totally annoy me, and I can't find the "off" switch anywhere, including in TweakUI.

Not sure if this works but have you tried

 

Rightclick My COmputer-->Preferences-->Performance?-->Those graphical settings in that LONG list I don't know what half of it means. hehe
