    Hi there, i assumed that running a pc on xp nfts and another running win 98se fat32, that you wouldn't be able to network them for playing games or transferring files Cheers Keeny.

  6. Thanks for that reply, i did what you said and changed the boot device in the bios to cdrom, however when it bootsup it says (disk boot failure. is this due to it being xp home upgrade? cheers....keeny.

  8. Im pretty new to this stuff, so i upgraded to xp from 98se, doing a clean install and changing to ntfs. Now i find that all the clutter i had on my hard drive is still there, so can anyone tell me how to go about a reformat of my drive to reinstall xp. do i need to make a boot disk or somthing like that. Any help would be great...Cheers keeny

    I have a plextor 12/10/32A and i am unable to run packet cd,thus i can't read any of my cdrw. Can anyone tell what version or epdates(if any)that i need. Cheers for any help Chris.
