Ok, here's a good off topic conversation for this website.. basically, im looking for a converter piece so that i can hook my digital camera up to a spotting scope so i can take some good close up pics. i know they make them, but ive never been able to find any (mainly because im too lazy..which is why im here)..so i was just wondering if anyone here knows anything about this and if they could point me in the right direction.

I'd have to say Morrowind. I haven't finished it yet, but I've enjoyed it a lot, especially now that my character moves quickly... Followed by.. Baldurs Gate.. The 4th Coming during alpha/beta.. and that other game that I can't think of right now due to lack of sleep..

well.. it seems to be working so far.. but.. gotta give it a few days.... hopefully i wont need a new keyboard.. have other things to spend my $ on right now... have to fish out an old kb if i need it.. but.. its working so far ... thanks for the replies/help

the software is updated, i havent tried removing it though...

im using an ms office keyboard with winxp anyways.. the problem is that when i press alt.. it opens up ms excel.. if i hold it down/press more than once it opens multiple copies.. if i press the paste key over on the side it opens ms outlook.. if i press copy..well i forgot what that one does and i dont feel like testing it, also.. if i hold down alt it will go into standby mode.. which is very annoying. ive checked key mappings etc, and everything is fine.. its just that after the comp has been up for 6+ hours it starts messing up like this.. but if i reboot it its good for another few hours.. ..is there anything else possible other than it just being a pos dead keyboard? cause.. its really sad when you're playing d2 with friends on bnet and you press alt to look at stuff on the ground and your comp opens up 5-10 copies of excel and then goes into standby mode and yes.. i figure the answer is probably time for a new keyboard..but.. im cheap heh

I know about the speed = money thing... I've bought and built computers before...however, I'm not really up to date with what's brand spankin' new these days other than video cards, and thats why I'm asking what people have to say Money is -not- a problem.. which is why im very open to suggestions..this is also going to be a comp I'll have for a few years as well..so, it will need to hold up for a while, so, probably as fast as I can get..heh I already have everything except for the cpu, mb, and sound card...shouldve stated that in my previous post, my bad.. More specific things..ie - what mb is most stable for specified chip (ie - dual xeon)... what sound cards are good for doing music and such.. creative? or something else... etc blah blah yada..you get the point.. It's 2am, and I'm not really alive right now, so I hope this all made sense...anyways..off to the weak world of sleep.

Well, I'm looking to pick up a new system.. and I'm wondering what you knowledgeable people recommend; cpu (Intel preferrably), mb, ram, sound card. I mostly do graphics work and gaming, but I'm starting to get into recording music as well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks.

Has or is anyone else having problems running Bryce 5 under WinXP? Everytime I run it everything just seems to die on my computer. I can't click on anything on the taskbar, I have to use the keyboard and windows key or alt tab to switch out of things. And I can't get any other programs to run while Bryce is running. Just loading ICQ seems to take forever. I'm running: P3 1ghz Asus CUSL2-C 512MB Pc133 Geforce2 GTS 32MB SBLive! value If anyone can help or has any ideas...I'd greatly appreciate it.
