You should add the following: To remoove the SMS banner at the top of ICQ: Go into your ICQ folder, then to the Partner folder (icq/partner) rename partner.xml to something like partner.xmx (something unrecognized by the OS). create a new text file, leave it blank and name it partner.xml (ignore message about files become unusable or screwing your system) restart ICQ. there should be no SMS button at the top of ICQ now.
