do any of you know if nbalive2001 will wolrk on win2k? i have the latest release of it. nbalive2000 worked fine, except for the menus, which were always screwed up for some reason. but that doesn't matter, menus aren'tg very important so do any of you know if nba live 2001 will work on windows 2000 or will i have to go back to win98 or winme?

my HL doesan't even run ander win2k! i have voodoo 3 2000 pci i start the game, and once i go to single player (or whatever it is) it just crashes and i get "hl.exe generated an error wnad wil be closedby windows)

this is what happened to me: if you install the game in win98 and then install win2k, the game will work but if you install it after install win2k it might not work.

i use WIN2K right now. yes, some games don't work as good as they do on win98 or don't work at all but, win2k is sooo much more stable! 98 crashed on me every day! the only games i'm having troubles with on 2k are all '99 games (nba 99, nhl 99 etc), and some of the new games released in 2k like nba inside drive and half life (not such a big problem w/ HL actually) but overall, win2k is so much better, and all the new games coming out this year will be da bomb on it!

when i have that happening, i completely clear history and temp-internet files. and then go on that site again see if that works.. however, on NBA.COM what happens to me is the first time the page loads it's not loaded completely. like it has the HTML code on the page right after some table, so the rest of the page doesn't load all the way. like the tag in the code isn't closed, if you know what i mean

3dfx and webtools are fine for me

It just doesn't work. Neither the demo nor the full version. i can't get it to work on win2k! i have a voodoo 3 2000 PCI (latest drivers). when i start a game, i hear al lthe sounds, but the screen is just black. that's all. does anyone know how to fix this? i tried all possible resolutions and details settings. i tried using the WIN95LIE thing in the Microsoft toolkit, but that didn't work. i don't know what exactly is wrong...
