    Whistler and multi-monitor support

Yeah I agree, two separate video cards works like a charm (like it is supposed to). Has anyone tried a dual connector card (Geforce II MX or Matrox G400 DH)?
  2. I just setup my new Geforce II MX with two monitor connections, and my two Trinitron monitors. Now I find out that Windows 2000 cannnot display dual monitors in the "standard" fashion. (two independent displays with separate resolution and frequency settings). ACK! PS: Clone and Span suck.

    Twinview and Win2000

I just installed my new Geforce II MX with the twinview connectors. (two vga connectors) I am trying to run dual monitors like I had previously done with two video cards. All I can do right now is do a "clone" and "span" display. Both are very counter-productive. Can someone give me a clue to how I can run it in "standard" dual monitor mode? Gracias
