The app works fine till i install the capture drivers then it says video decoder detecting occurs arror! the reason could be : 1. your desplay card doesn't have a video decoder 2. your monitor or monitor driver is not proper design for I2C bus control how do i stop this ? it worked when i had my v6800 in, now i have the v7700

is it possible to get into dos or install winME to my 2nd HDD through win2k ?

btw its through the bios i change boot settings cos it is fully customiazable (CUSL2-C)

na its not a ***** version i tryed switching the boot drive to my 2nd hdd but it says press any key to reboot thats with new partition but no format, if i format then it says it can't find NTLSD or something like that ------------------

all i need is to install winME in the 2nd hardrive so i can put it back in my uncles pc since you can't do it through his pc ------------------

My mouse pointer keeps disapearing. I always hevt to shutdown, unplug and plug in my mouse. What the prob ? is it my mouse, logitech 'gamers mouse' older version, or my motherboard, CUSL2-C.

I have just brought a CUSL2-C and a p3 866mhz f-pga(133mhz) cpu and I have win2k. everything runs on my abit lx6 but when I install the new motherboard and cpu win2 doesn't boot. It goes to a blue screen when loading (2nd loading screen, with the logo) and sasys something about there maybe a virus or uninstall any new hdd or hdd controllers then reset then I put back my old motherboard and everything runs fine, whats the prob ? ------------------

I installed media player 7 last night then when I reset after the instalation my pc didn't boot up again (locks up at win2k screen just over half way) luckily I had win98 installed on a dif partition and I installed win2k over that. Does anyone know how to completely remove media player 7 ? by deleting files cos I can't get into the add/remove becuase it wn't boot up. Please can someone help ASAP ------------------

Yea it killed mine till I renamed the dlls in the system32 dir. but then when I boot up it goes into the setup of win2k and looks for a file thats not on my cd (NT5INF.cat) there is a file NT5INF.ca_ but that doesn't work.

I have IE 5.5 installed on win2k and when I click on some links that usualy have pop up windows it doesn't do anything and I can't print cos of some script eror. anyone know how to fix it ?

My monitor just stoped working yesterday. the screen went black and the green light just flikered on and of. it wasn't the power from the wall to the monitor, not the graphics card. what is the wrong ? I didn't do anything to it. (I went out side for a wile and came back and it wouldn't work). anyone help ?

yea. I have done that now. got my pc next to my 68cm tv and new vcr

my monitor is just a normal monitor. no power saving thing or anything. I tryed it in my uncles computer and It does the same thing. even when I disconect the plug from the computer. (not power plug) the led just flashes on and of. so I am now using my 486 monitor that works fine and lasted longer. but still want to fix my other monitor.

nope a proview monitor. I think something is fryed in it cos the fuse looks ok and I have tested it.

at school we have some kind of file pretector (I think that is the name of it) and when the pc reboots it deletes any changes you made before reboot. at school we use RM network and that has file protector on it.
