Where might someone find Dx8 and Sp1?

Ok.. Im a bit confused , All I see here on this site ( which is very helpful btw... ) tells me that Pirates Moon works on Win2k, along with the Joystick I own (Cyborg 3d). But when I run Mech3 Pirates Moon, everything works except my throttle. Any Clue?? ( By the way, I dont have the USB version of the stick )
