This is pretty obvious, but have you cjecked to see what size win2k is saying yout hard drive is? i installed win2k and it gave me a 13gb frive as 1 gb...as it was reading the partion wrong...

One of microsofts more stupider moments this..but to get rid of it..just open IE, click on Tools - Internet Options - Advanced Tab - Then about 11/12 boxes down in the browsing section is the offending option. It took me a few moments to realise where they had hid it

i fiddled around with nero..and it works fine...apart from it now refuses to copy any files either on the fly or otherwise from my second cd-rom..it always says that access is denied when cacheing...but will do everything else with no probs? anyone have an idea why it is just doing this from CD's? is there something i am not doing right?

Which one actually works under win2k? As i tried using nero with the updated dll..and i keep getting runtime errors, when it is caching the files before burning to the cd. Any help appreciated

i think this topic is being addresed in about three different threads at the mo..but from what i gather, the present drivers are just to tie those over who have sblive cards on win2k, until liveware 3 is released...which is supposed to be any time now....

Has anyone else had a problem with some of the functions in this prog? As when i went to use the win customizer, windows shut it down and produced an error log.

There is a liveware 3 for win2k,,,but it is just a euphonism for some stripped down drivers creative put out so all those using win2k wouldnt be left with a unworking soundcard...best wait till liveware 4
