Yup, I even have digital support With Win DVD with the built in drivers. Man DVDs sound great again in 5.1 surround:D Had to give up the Encore decoder though:(

Ive been using EZ CD Creator 4.03 and all is working quite well here with build 2505.

Update the driver from the device manager. Then choose to manually search for the driver and point to where you extracted the driver files to and....Wa-Laaa.

Anyone happen to be running this beta on RC-1? Would be interensted to hear how it works. I've downloaded it but havnt installed it yet because things are running way smooth and I dont want to F it up!

I dont think sending Microsoft a error report from a fixed install would be a good idea. But thats just me I have no b@lls If you want to help with progress get into the preveiw program its only $10 to download it. Not a bad deal

Running Creative GeForce 2 GTS at defualt clock settings at 1024x768x32 (85Hz). 12.41 Nvidia drivers and XP pro 2505 and it all runs smoooth I havn't had my games run this smooth since Win 98.

The 12.41 seem to kick @ss here. On RC1 I have tried 12.90 and really didnt see a big difference. I dont get into benchmarking as long as gameplay is smooth and the graphics are kickin'at 1024x768 then Im happy:D

AtGuard 3.2 seems to run flawless here.

Mandrake 8 for sure!!! Been playing with it now for 3 weeks and have learned a great deal.

Ive noticed this problem with the newer builds of XP on my P1100. Xp isn't letting the drivers install because they are incompatible. But this wasnt a problem in the other builds XP would let you "continue anyway". If anyone knows a work-around give a yell. Had to revert from 2505 to 2495 BAD

Yup the 12.00 drivers seem to be the best in XP and 2000. Very Stable.

I have mine fixed as well, thats why I asked. I rolled my bios forward to 2002 and XP works fine. (hopefully RC1 will be out before then ) BladeRunner: Ive only come across The Register maybe twice in the last two years.
