Moral Panic

I've got the Live! and DTT2500, and it rocks for everything from games to movies (i'm a student, so my computer is everything to me... gaming, work, tv - got g400 w/ rainbow runner, movies, etc). Everquest is also the only game I play, and sound is great. The only peeve i have is the Live! w2k drivers... what a piece of crap.

Well, i'm having serious problems with Live! drivers on my system too...i get a spontaneous reboot during the startup into the desktop. Any ideas on this?

jdulmage: Obviously you have no idea how the OS works, because your logic does not fit in at all. DOS WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON WIN2K. NONE! WIN2K won't even recognize any of the DOS crap in there. So whether DOS is there or not will not matter. I think you just got lucky and did a clean install and now things are fine. post hoc, ergo propter hoc (after this, therefore on account of this)
