Hey, WinXP simply refuses to have both my soundcards installed and working at the same time. It worked just fine in ME and 2000. Both soundcards are Vortex 1 cards (both are the same) so new drivers are unfortunately out of the question. I've tried to swap the cards to different PCI slots but no progress. Device manager gives "Error 10. Device could not be started" Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!

Hi! I checked the compatibility page and I read that: "The full version of this game does not work only because of the copy protection. The game code itself would work otherwise." The full version is stressed, does that mean that the rip version shoulld work? I have that one too but I think I have tried it without any success. Make sure you realy install the new drivers! I thought I hade done that but the game didn't work in full screen mode. Then I deleted the driver files manually and installed the new ones again, and now it runs fine! It lags a bit more than on Win98 though I think...

I found it. Anyway: In OpenGL it lags VERY much. In D3D it only starts in Windowed mode. Software mode runs in full screen mode but the grafix aren't the best. Help me!!!

Where do I change betwen OpenGL and D3D? Maybe that would do...

Doesn't work with the drivers you gave me. Now that Win2000 is out there will probably be som patch to download soon... or what do you guys think?

I have tried several differnt drivers for Windows 2000 but none of them works. Please help me, send me the drivers too.

Whats the diffrens betwen 2195.1 and 2195.3? I have 2195 FREE but when I look in win95upg.inf it says: "DriverVer=11/30/1999,5.00.2191.1" I guess that is 2195.1, so whats the diffrens?

I have a TNT2 too. It only runs in windowed mode, that sucks. I have searched the forum but I can't find any answers to the problem. Please help!!! :

I can't get UT to run in fullscreen mode. It runs in a window. I have tried both with 400 and 405. Kind of sucks. Anyone have an idea? I have a: PII 450 mHz 10 GB HD 128 MB Ram Viper 770 TNT2

Ok, now I have read the whole forum looking for hints to get FIFA2000 running. I guess nobody has played FIFA2000 on Windows2000, or is there someone? Anyway I think that we all need to get together and mail EA, I have allready mailed them twice. I don't want to wait until Windows2000 is released but I guess that the only thing to do now...If we all mail EA they will probably release a patch very soon after the release of Win2000. Finaly I would like to ask if there is anyone who knows what i can try to get FIFA2000 running.
