    Let's face it

I've already installed RC3, and tried a bunch of D3D games , and none worked: Nba Live2000;Fifa2000;Colin Mcrae;Microsoft Nba;Microsoft Age of Empire2;etc.... isnt it ironic that Microsoft games dont work on their products?! The only games that work , are the OPENGL and GLIDE games... sollution ... back to NT4 and win98 dual boot...i shure hope that there's a Directx7 version for NT4, as i will not buy Win2000....

Ok, this is a real *****!!!!!!!!

ok,ok,ok.... this is not that difficult... if the file is in use , go to the TaskManager and kill the DDHELP process, them you can overwrite the ddsound.dll ....About the DX5.zip you only have to copy all the files above the system32\ and run the dx5.reg, reboot.... The dx6.zip you cannot have the dx5 files,(use the original ones from any servicepack), them copy all to system32\ and run the .exe patch, it will change the version of the d3d*.* files to version 6 so that the software thinks thats the one installed...... peace'a'cake.....

    WindowsNt4 Directx

Can we expect a realease of Directx7 for Nt4 after Windows2K hits the market?! If no, why not?! I´ve seen W2k Rc2 and i will not install it on my PC never(maybe 1 year later...)Will people that bought Nt4Wks left for dead...I dont think is very complicated to do a Directx7 version for nt4, because they make it for W2k...
