    USB2.0 and ASUS A7V333

Thanks guys. Actually after looking over at amdmb.com, I saw an owner say that with the jumper on unlimited, when he set the voltage to 1.85, it was really 2.20. Sounds like the "resistor trick" that was done for the original a7v (which I'm still running). You set it to 1.85 and depending on what resistor you put on got 2.20 volts from it. Looks like they built that mod in. Sweet. http://www.amdmb.com/vb/showthread.php?threadid=113092 New thread that chainbolt started that I just found there. I definatly know I'm going to finally upgrade my 1.5 year old a7v to this board. Then we'll see how .net server likes this new board.

Just curious, on the a7v333, does the 'unlimited voltage' jumper when set to unlimited really give you unlimited cpu core voltage selections? Thanks.

Getting rid of hiding menu items

Yeah, that pissed me to no end as well, until I discoved that personalized menus thing. Also you want to go into internet explorer properties (right click the icon on desktop and choose properties) and under the advanced tab, uncheck the enable personalized favorites menu.
  4. heh, MOST games work fine for me under 2128. I got an abit bp6 smp'n to the tune of two overclocked 366's, and the following games work fine that I've played on it so far: Tiberian Sun Starcraft Darkstone Quake3 Halflife/tfc Kingpin And yep, I'm using a voodoo graphics card. Currently a banshee, but hopefully that will turn into a v3 2000 today. Also the only game I HAD to run under 98 as opposed to win2k that I got is system shock2.

liveware3 fix does NOT WORK on SMP

I got bp6 dual 366's @ 78fsb, and the liveware3 itself actually does install for me, but the driver thing dont work properly. I can install those nt drivers in the lw3 installation like the instructions say, but the soundcard reports no drivers were loaded. NO sound. . Then again, I'm using 2128 and also have a sb awe32 pnp as well as an sblive value in the system. I'm going to try to do it two ways: take out the sb32, or get 2151.
