have anyone been able to make Colin McRae Rally work on WinNT4.0??? If "Yes" what options to make it "run"?

What versions of directX are working on NT4.0? Is there a controlpanel for directX delivered separately from the it? Does Accelerators with AGP port work on NT4.0 without any necessary changes in HAL.dll? ------------------
