Poison

It worked for me..... 4 port USB HUB "Device Unknown - USB Device Malfunction." I removed the HUB from the computers USB port I had it plugged into and plugged it into another USB port. (where I had my mouse plugged into) It worked ! No problems. The USB port that was causing the problem with the HUB is now running an external HD without problems. The computers USB port the I had the HUB plugged into appears to be only able to handle one device and not a HUB. It's worth a try. Best of luck.
