  1. Hi Folks I have been scratching my head over this issue today on a customers machine. I found your solutions made good reading and tried a few with no luck. The following however worked for me: Open Internet Explorer, click tools, internet options. On the general tab "delete cookies" and "delete files" *inc ofline content" On the security tab reset all zones to default level. On the programs tab reset web settings. (I didn't reset my home page) On the advanced tab I reset defaults. Restart computer. This worked for me and I hope for you. I am unsure at this point which section actualy resolved the issue, just glad that it did.
