hi im all new to linux i want my D-link DWL-650+ wireless card to work

i can bearly move around linux but i relly want to do just this, i want my D-link DWL-650+ wireless card to work i cant make my cd work and its not picking it up in YEAST or what ever it is by the way im not using knone if its to any help can some 1 help skimo
