Ok this is starting to piss me off when you make a web site how do you make it fit perfectly on each persons browsers it fits on 1280x1024 but when peoples computer setting are set to a different size like 800x600 it runs off there screen so you have to scroll right to see the rest. what can i do to fix this

Is it possible to run a web server from Xp and use it for your website. is it possible to use a registered domain name like humpty.com and run it from xp and store all my html files on my pc. Im currently using dreamweaver 5 MX any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
