    Hi destiny-enjoyed, According to the original website of the Philips company there's one solution: don't install any Philips driver and plug in the device. Windows XP will recognize the camera immediately, and Dr. Philips solves all your problems. No such luck! :x Now I'm going to try the solution of our Denmark-friend.     Second solution: According to the original Philips webcam website there's this solution: remove the half installed drivers and reboot your computer. XP wil recognize the camera, and will install a universal webcam device driver. No such luck.
