Loaded the game mechwarrior 3 pirates moon but can't get robot to move on a sidewinder joystick. A techo from actvision once had me delete a file in pirates moon and replace it with one from mechwarrior three but i can't remember which file. Can anyone help?

can't get throtle movement control. A microprose technician once solved this problem by deleting a file from pirates moon and replacing it with the matching file from mechwarrior three. I can't remember which file it was. Can anyone help?

using a microsoft sidewinder joystick and throtle does control motion. i was once told by a microprose technician that problem could be solved by deletig a particular file from pirates moon and replacing it with the complementary one from mechwarrior 3. i can't remember which file it is. can anyone help?
