what if i dont have the xp cd is there any alternative

hey everyone i put tha cd in my G drive and then tried 2 run madden(i couldn't find madden.exe though so i used autorun and mad3cd,etc..) the message i get when trying to install/play is: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application. please help
