The computer is a Dell 2350. I don't have any other info at the moment (it's my Mom's pc) I've found a great site to dl the drivers. Before the install she couldn't get on the internet or check email in OE. I've got the correct settings for her. ISP said to contact her antivirus support for help - they gave up trying, hence the reinstall. Thanks so much - I appreciate the help! Sue

I had to do a complete re-installation of XP Pro on my Mom's computer. All went well with the install, except now I have no sound. When I go to Sound and Audio device properties all areas of "Volume" are greyed out so they cannot be adjusted. I have tried all of the cd's that came with the computer to no avail. Can anyone help??
