The hard drive 28.63 is set up as a 'Master' with Linux SuSE 8.2 and sits on IDE1. IDE 2 is used to control a CD and a CDRW set as master and slave. My question: ;( Why will Linux NOT boot up with the ATA drives connected and powered?
