Any support? I've installed RH9

I've just installed RH9. I can't seem to get the internet although it says in my browser & email that I'm connected. What can I do? I have no excperience in command line thingy maggigy

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie ;( I can't even seem to be able to boot my linux for instalation aaaggghhh. like I said a newbie. I've read in Red Hat bumph that if I can't boot up from my cd, then I would have to do a disckette.........I have a problem there....I don't have one so what am I supposed to do?
