    GTA1 speed problems

    System: Athlon 1Ghz, GeForce 2 GTS, Windows 2000 Well with the Frame Limiter ON is limits it to about 5 fps! Without it, it goes about 100fps! Erk... Cant actually get the DOS version to run, I used the Windows version.
