Help
I got Power Toys 'resize' and used it on my XP SP2 system for a while, it worked well. But now it doesn't work. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and can't get it to work.
Looking around I found mention that it won't work unless the 'preview' feature of windows explorer works - and instructions for making it work by inputting a command line at a command line prompt.
I checked 'preview' and sure enough it wasn't working. So then I did the command line thing to make it work and - it still didn't/doesn't work.
The menu choice is there: 'preview' for .jpg files. But not for .avi files. The menu choice 'resize' is no longer there since my second (or third) uninstall of power toys resize.
I'll go reinstall 'resize' (I downloaded it again today to make sure I had the latest version) and I'll come back and post the news if it works after that.
But I don't hold out much hope. If you don't hear from me I'm still in need of help.
