disable "send to microsoft"

How do I disable this annoying pop up when a program chokes.

Select disable error reporting

Alec is right - every time MS receive an error report due to another piece of software/hardware, they send a message to the manufacturer with details of the error. The more errors MS gets, the more messages the manufacturer gets!

This can only be a good thing - companies will be held accountable for their hardware, drivers and software, and MS will be able to see how well those companies are doing. You never know, they might even start publishing the results!

The big question, though, is whether MS will take any notice of their own errors! laugh
