Links in IE 5.5

How do I get the "Links" and "From ICQ" and other unwanted bullshit out of my favorites folder? I delete them, but they keep coming back does anyone know how to get rid of them for good?

right click on it and set it to hidden

Thanks alot, somebody awhile ago said to hide them, but I didn't know what they meant.
