error in virtual memory- PLZ HELP!

Since a copuple of days i everytime get the followin message: "windows - virtual memory minimum too low - windows is increasing the size of you virtual memory paging file. during this process memory requests for some applications may be denied." what's wrong??

abit bh6 1.0 latest bios nq, 128mb sdram pc100, canopus spectra 2500TNT, quantum fireball 6.4 etc

Right click on My Computer.

Click Properties.

Choose the Tab at the far right.

In one of those boxes is the virtual memory setting

Set it to something like 256 minimum and 256 maximum.
