Grand Prix 3 Clipping with Voodoo 5500

Recommended Posts

Has anybody been able to run GP3 in Win 2000? Game starts fine, then goes through a series of video calibration tests at various

resolutions. I get severe clipping at all resolutions. I am not overclocking

the videocard, and I don't have this problem in any other games. I have also

tried installing the patch on Hasbro's website. Any ideas?

That'll be be cos you have a different video card bladerunner. My suggestion is that you goto the forums on this site, http://www.alphaf1.com/gp3/

search for voodoo and see what comes up.

Ja bem001, you can run GP3 with a Voodoo5.

BUT...................

you can only run it with driver versions 1.00. and 1.01.beta.

All version above result in scrambled graphics. Let us hope, that the upcoming add-on CD includes an update fixing that.

There are only a handfull games, which don´t run with newer V5 driver versions. Unfortunately, GP3 is one of them!
