How i install openGL for win2k ?

im on win2000 pro ver. 2072 and my video card is a creative blaster TnT ( nvidia )

i try to run quake3 but it wont start

it ask for openGL , what should i do to be able to play that game ?

Go to Nvidia and download the file

TNT_NT5_188

 

that will help, im running Win2k and is working fine for me.

Actually the Win2k drivers are not avaliable for the public on NVidia's site. The drivers are avaliable from other sites though.

 

F.e. check the http://www.mswin2k.net and go to the drivers section. If you use the TNT2 drivers included in RC1, you should only have to download the OpenGL fix, which is on the same site. Otherwise download the above mentioned file.

i have download both files

and still not work , when i start quake3

it give me an error about openGL subsystem

maybe its the way i install the driver

anyone can help me ?

im using win2k 2072 , creative blaster TNT

Have tried reinstalling the game AFTER loading the new ref drivers? worked with my C-Ultra TNT2.

Ender_Xien did you 3dfxogl.dll > rename it to 3dfxvgl.dll ?
