ITGO - Interval Trainer GO, is a dedicated interval signaling application specifically designed to offer advanced user controlled signaling in the form of vibration, sound and visual alerts while playing user-defined fast and slow interval song playlists.

ITGO - Interval Trainer GO, is a dedicated interval signaling application for the iPhone and iPod Touch specifically designed to offer advanced user controlled signaling in the form of vibration, sound and visual alerts while playing user-defined fast and slow interval song playlists.

Appnoose have submitted version 1.3 which features several enhancements requested by customers. They include:

* Podcast recognition - fast and slow playlists can now have podcasts

* Podcasts and songs can be added to the same playlists

* Flexible Session duration from 2 up to 90 minutes.

* New Tabata Mode available

* Double tapping the Session Timer will allow you to enter your workout duration numerically.

 

These augment version 1.2 features which include:

* A Timer screen which displays your progress for total session time and current fast/slow interval time

* Users can Tap the timer dial to start/pause session workouts

* Users can double tap to reset the timer

 

The Settings screen let's you specify:

* Total Session Length

* Interval Length

* Interval Ratio slow to fast or double tap fast/slow 1-3:1 or 1:1-3

* Vibration on/off (iPhone only)

 

The Sounds screen allows you to set your:

* Interval Audio Prompt volume and setting - off, voice, beeps, custom

* Music volume and fast/slow interval playlists (OS 3.0 upwards only)

* Play Mode - repeat song or playlist, shuffle

 

Device Requirements:

* iPhone or iPod touch 2.2.1 or later

* Music volume and fast/slow interval playlists (OS 3.0 upwards only)
