The Sounds screen allows you to set your:

* Interval Audio Prompt volume and setting - off, voice, beeps, custom

* Music volume and fast/slow interval playlists (OS 3.0 upwards only)

* Play Mode - repeat song or playlist, shuffle

 

Appnoose founder OD Hunte began developing ITGO with his graphic designer and programmer after successfully losing 5 stone in body fat and being featured in the December 2008 edition on Men's Health UK. Hunte put his own personal research into the development of ITGO and states the result is "the best available interval training experience for the iPhone and iPod Touch".
