FreeSpeed athalon over clocker!

Has anyone bought and use that freespeed daughter board that goes on the athalon chip for overclocking? my question to you guys is, was it worth it? did it rise the temp of the athalon to much? and were a lot of fans needed to help cool more?

 

How far did you get your mhz up to. start mhz/overclocked mhz?
