Please help not sure were to leave a message.

 

My problem is that n received a digital video camera – unwanted present so I have no software. The Panasonic nv-gs33 is connected to my usb port. My pc detects the hardware under port com 3 when n go to device manager.

My problem is that I can’t use my movie maker program to detect the hardware as I can only browse through my explorer folders.

Any tips on what I’m doing wrong or what I can try.

I would of think that the hardware would shown on my computer folder????

Have you gone to the Panasonic web site and seen if they have the software you are looking for?

 

Also, when the machine tries to detect the device, try to do it manually and select it via the USB port.
