GhostSong 0 Posted February 20, 2003 As i said in the other topic the solution for the SUse 8.1 pro installation prob was to run install with the option : hwprobe=-c03:*:* and before the reboot vim /mnt.../YaST2.firstboot and usb=yes to usb=no Till the prob will be known cause it's still unknown you'll have to work w/o usb support *The prob refers to some compaq presario and other laptops as well Now the solution about ATI (blurred vission fucked up fonts etc ) so instead of using vesa is to get the right ATI in SAX2 and then edit your /.../XF86config and add the line in the section of the ATI "Crt Screen" **I have the dvd loss of frames during the playback solved so if anyone needs help just asks **Xine so far Share this post Link to post
