where can i get some Assignment type work to learn office pograms ..............

I bought a computer locallaly and it came bundled with microsoft office 2003 suite do u guys know where on the net to get some kind of Assignment type work to learn programs such as excel, word, powerpoint. I need something to get me started I mean I can obviously start the programs but what do i do from there i need some kind of work/Assignment to follow to learn.
