small popup windows problem

Two days now a have a problem.When i open ie pages with popup message the popup message window is black.I notice that the most times the window contents is in java.I have allready try to install ie6 sp1-microsoft virtual machine-sp3(win 2000)-opera 7(has the same problem)-java virtual machine.But the problem continue.Any suggections?

I read somewhere that Microsoft has disabled Java in their latest updates (don't quote me), I've tried getting Java through 'Install On Demand' it was unseccessful. You can try the following link:
