Arkaerial 0 Posted December 22, 2002 I was wondering if there is a way to limit the upload speeds in XP Pro. I have a problem when sharing files if someone maxes my upload speed (16k/s) my download drops below 5k/s. Though if I don't allow my uploads to surpass 13k/s I'm fine. Share this post Link to post
