SCSI for my P4?

Recommended Posts

Well guyz i am thinking of going for a £100ish 18GB 10krpm SCSI drive to use for booting windows and using on a few games. would this improve windows performance at all compared to my 7krpm IBM's?

If so is it anoth improvement to sacrifice a weeks wages too?

Thanx guyz

Since iv started work i have wanted to head in new directions with computing, try things i have never tryed and learn new things with them.

I most probably will go for a smallish scsi drive for windows a maybe 1 or 2 games to run on.

I'd also recommend you place your swap file on that drive.
