Boot Menu Disappeared?!

I just did a fresh install of XP on drive D. Then I realise that 98SE on C needed cleaning out so I did the same with 98SE. Now my boot menu has disappeared! How do I get it back?

Just do a repair install of XP and youll get it back

I won't have to resintall anything will I? (As I have just spent ages up[censored] it using windowsupdate).

Boot to the recovery console, using an ERD disk, and type fixbmr and fixboot.

If you dont have an ERD disk, boot off the cd.
