It's me again smile (or laugh for some)

I would like to know if there is a way of "blocking" -can't find the right term- the users on a computer: like disable acces to some folders or my computer or just to the files of the other users... is it only with ntfs ??

Only with NTFS can you assign permissions. A third-party program is required to limit access to files on a FAT partition.

Just in case if somebody would like to know,

this console command converts FAT32 to NTFS without loosing any data:

CONVERT X: /FS:NTFS
