Thunder 0 Posted June 22, 2002 Anyone ever ran across this error installing XP or 2k? This is the same machine I ran 2k on for almost a year, nothing has changed except I had my mobo RMAed. Thunder 0 Posted June 23, 2002 I removed or changed every piece of hardware in it trying to trace the problem. Even put in a new 400w PSU. Maybe I was sent a bad mobo? I should add that it's been running Win98 for a couple weeks without a single problem. 98 sucks when you're used to NT. Why would 98 run and not NT? Share this post Link to post
JP- 0 Posted June 23, 2002 I had to reinstall windows after the install of the new psu, otherwise it would return the same error on boot. (Many installs failed though with the old psu). Share this post Link to post
